Please supply your full name, address, phone number and delivery address along with your order. We will reply (normally within 48 hours) to confirm the order, total cost including postage and packing and expected delivery time. Commissions
Commissions which reflect the style of my jewellery can be taken. Please email or phone with details of what you would like and I will let you know whether it is possible and give you an idea of the costs involved.
Delivery
Delivery time shown on website is usually worse case senario and will often be quicker, you will be advised of estimated time when ordering. Stock items may be sent out next day.
Delivery is not included in the price. Postage will be charged at cost plus packaging.

Wholesale
- Minimum opening order of £200. No minimum value for following orders.
- Please allow 4 – 6 weeks delivery for wholesale orders unless otherwise advised.
- Orders will be dispatched once payment has cleared. Postage and packaging is not included.
- All designs are handmade and so some variations will occur. These will be more prominent in those pieces where links are individually made.
General Information
All items are handmade and so there maybe variations in appearance to the picture on the website. This is the appeal of handmade items and proves the originality and uniqueness of each item. Chains for pendants are a standard 16” length, however other lengths may be available on request.
Please specify in your order should you require a longer length and I will advise if there is a price difference.
- Necklace lengths are approximately 16”.
- Bracelet lengths are approximately 7”
All designs are and remain the property of Silverfish Designs.
Guarantee
All items are handmade using the materials stated and are hallmarked accordingly. If an item does not give customer satisfaction an exchange or credit will be offered providing the item is returned undamaged within 28 days of purchase.
Earrings may not be returned for reasons of hygiene.
